1990 ford bronco 351 windsor?

yesterday one of the u joints broke on the rear drive shaft by the differential & i replaced it & now its making a bad clunking noise. anyone know what this could be ? by the way there are 3 u joints in the rear shaft i replaced the first one, didnt replace the second one & i replaced the one by the differential do you think it could be because i didnt replace the second one??
