What is the main clause in this sentence?

The sentence states, Adult groundhogs are usually two feet long, including thier bushy tails, which are about five inches long. Is that main clause the whole sentence? and I have more question. In general, when u have to underline the main clause, is it always the whole sentence? Plz answer both of my questions. Thx!! :)
