BBT.... having a little trouble.. HELP?

Ok, I have Pcos x 15 years and have never been pregnant, I have tried Clomid x 9 cycles and nothing, cycles are Provera induced. Recently, I have lost about 20 lbs and decided to start with a regimen of Vitex 1600 mg per day , Omega 3 2000 mg/ day, Vit D, and 1 baby asprin/ day started most of this 2 months ago. This month I started Temping in FF, my cycle last month was kinda light and abnormally short (3 days) but since no BFP I started back on my herbals the same day it ended. I am on cd 10 3ight now and, mostly my temps have been 97.6 or .7 at the most til day 9 which was 98.3 then went back down today to 97.6. Creamy cm and now watery cm. What is happening have I ovulated or do I just wait?
