Why have Americans become as bad as the Nazis when it comes to hiring policies?

Trust me, I am a Jew and this is not as bad as the holocaust. People aren't getting tortured and killed in the millions, so you are blowing this out of proportion. It really is not that hard to get a job if you are able bodied and have some sets of skills.
