I witnessed a hypnotism, what the hell happens?

Hello, I just witnessed a hypnotism at school. The person hypnotizing was a certified hypnotist and says she's one of 30 in the USA. I am an agnostic, I don't really believe in anything that can't be proven. This looked like some kind of miracle to me.. She'd tell the people to forget the number 7 and they'd count 11 fingers because they'd skip 7. She'd have them do 8-1 and nobody could get it.. She'd make them think the temperature was lower and they would shiver. She made them think they got pulled over and everytime she said the word "speeding" they'd smell the officers BAD breathe. And she'd talk and say speeding constantly and one kid almost threw up and said "officer your breathe is very bad, i'm sorry but, i'm sorry" it was hilarious.. anyways.. It lasted 30 minutes and they received the benefit of a full night sleep. This was done at 5 AM and these kids were there all night. They 6-7 hypnotized weren't tired afterword.. That is AMAZING! How is this possible? What happens?
