Is it true the governer of wisconsin tried to ARREST THE STATE LEGISLATURE!!?

The democratic legislators were obstructing the democratic process. What they did is no different than a dictator imposing their will without going through legal process. If the Democrats wanted to act like a bunch of hooligans they should not be in an elected office. They are duty bound to fulfill their responsibilities regardless if they get their way or not.
