What type of infection is this?

My nose is really congested, when I bend over, it gets worse and my head gets heavier than normal, I can't swallow easily b/c of mucous, and the bridge of my nose hurts. When I head the ball during soccer, well, I can't because everything in my head hurts when I hit it (it feels like it's a bad vibration sensation) and when I run (especially on gravel) the back of my teeth hurt! I'm getting really annoyed b/c this has been going on for a couple of weeks now
