Does anybody know the name of techno song?

i heard it on the radio (i live in bogota,colombia in south america) and it only said panamericano or panameriano, please help if youre not sure write it down any ways, thanks :) and btw FIRST person to guess correctly i will give you the 10 points soo HURRY :P
