How am I going to get ped this?

OMG i am exactly like you! almost everything you laid out is what I'm going through too! the mom thing, the afraid of counselor thing, the not doing activity thing. However I did have my first appointment with a counselor and let me tell you IT HELPED! you need to be very upfront about it to your mom. mine would blow me off when I brought it up and said I could handle if myself with out a counselor but after things got worse she finally agreed to it. Trust me...yes I would suggest a woman (maybe a bit older) but if their not available a man would be totally fine as well. email me and we talk more. it might help
