Help! can hash-hemp oil really cure terminal cancer?

No, unfortunately you cannot cure "terminal cancer", and hemp oil (though it might make the patient feel better) has NO curative powers or preventative powers regarding cancer....think about it logically, if it DID, then cancer rates (and cancer death rates) would be lower in countries like Jamaica & Holland where use of hemp products is widespread and has been for generations...
